Job description


We are looking for an administrator to work as part of a proficient team in the delivery of a high quality, timely and effective service.

You will provide full clerical support to various key functions within the respiratory team including the Virtual Ward setting. As well as providing high level administrative support and general office duties for the Respiratory Teams.

You will be involved with patient dealings via the telephone, often being the first point of contact with the service, managing and reporting data to ensure targets are met. Whilst also completing all administrative, information and organisational duties to ensure the smooth running of the team.
• To provide comprehensive and effective administrative support to the respiratory teams.
• Managing data, submitting requested reports as required and submitting national reports as required.
