Project Manager needed in Hammersmith, £430.83 per day PAYE - Reference: 004966
Responsible for assisting the Head of Capital Projects in the delivery of the Capital Planned Maintenance Programme, ensuring industry’s best practice is adopted including scoping specifications, tendering works, evaluating bids and ensuring robust contract and monitoring processes are in place
Responsible for the management of refurbishment, maintenance and carbon retrofit zero projects for the corporate estate portfolio and seeing through project delivery from inception to completion by reviewing programme delivery, cost plans, risk registers, contracts, and site monitoring to assure the delivery of building projects follow best practice construction management and adhere to all statutory legislative and policy requirements.
This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
