Applicants will require a working knowledge of the National Curriculum, have Information Technology skills and should have expertise in workshop skills and Product Design. We place an emphasis on quality making and workshop skills are essential. An expertise in ICT including the use of CAD/CAM is also required. All teaching rooms and workshops are fitted with an interactive whiteboard. We teach AQA GCSE Design Technology and A Level, Product Design. Facilities continue to be developed to meet the demands of the modern curriculum. The successful candidate will teach to GCSE Design Technology and A Level Product Design teaching will also be possible.
