Job description
Specialist Resettlement Coordinator needed in Enfield.
The hourly rate is £20.47ph PAYE
This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will provide specialist casework to single homeless applicants leaving institutions, such as hospitals and prisons, and with complex support needs.
The Coordinator must have expert knowledge of welfare, housing and homelessness policy, legislation, and practice as well as specialist knowledge surrounding the complex needs of single homeless applicants. They should also have knowledge of safeguarding vulnerable adults.
