FP&A Manager
Retail Group
up to £75,000 + benefits
Hybrid Working (3 day pw office)
Central London
Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of the budget, forecasts and the corporate plan covering the P&L and other KPIs for the business
- Accountable for the production of periodic management accounts
- Work closely with Finance teams to establish consistency and develop best practice
- Produce accurate and timely management reporting information
- Manage channel reporting, analysis and insight to help the business understand which channels are driving growth
- Perform analysis and financial evaluation of different financial performance scenarios
- Support the Group team on the financial reporting process
- Manage the production of a high quality internal and external financial / business review
- Accountable for cross-referencing and producing accurate documentation in all areas
- Perform a high standard of ad hoc analysis supporting the Directors and Heads of Finance.
About you:
- Professional Accounting Qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Post-qualification experience in a similar financial planning/partnering role (Retail industry advantageous)
- Effective communicator with senior stakeholders, including audiences of varying financial and commercial acumen
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on driving excellent financial and commercial performance
- Experience of maintaining strong financial controls
- Strong analytical skills - ability to focus on the key issues
- Advanced excel modelling skills
