Job description
We are looking for a part time Groom/Coach to join our team which includes 150 volunteers. The applicant will ideally be BHS AI/ BHS Level 2 with some coaching experience, who is keen to learn to coach RDA riders of all levels. The applicant should be a confident rider able to school and exercise our ponies in both the arena and out hacking. We are set within 17 acres of beautiful Hertfordshire countryside, near Welwyn, in a purpose built RDA centre working with our many lovely riders and volunteers. We have 14 Stables and 2 outdoor arenas.
Qualified BHS AI/ BHS level 2 who enjoys coaching all levels. A competent and confident rider who enjoys keeping horses well exercised and healthy. Ability to work as part of a team with great people and communication skills. Given the size of our ponies we can only accept applicants who weigh less than 69kg.
