Remuneration:Remuneration £49,800 per annum
Description: Part-time Private Hygienist required for 1-3 days per week in a PREDOMINANTLY PRIVATE practice near Newbury, Berkshire.
• Wednesday, Thursday and Friday available
• £40 per hour, negotiable
• 30min sessions - No nurse support
• Existing patient list to take over - current hygienist reducing days
• Surgery hours 7.30 am to 8pm - hours flexible
• Fully computerised surgeries
• CBCT Scanner
• Digital x-rays
• Available now

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
