Salary: £325.00 per day
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic professional to join the Property and Assets team and lead the council’s approach to community assets and infrastructure.
If you have proven experience of managing community infrastructure projects within the public or private sector as well as of working with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes for the community, we’d like to hear from you.
You will be managing complex projects that will require attention to detail, strategic thinking and a creative approach to overcoming challenges. Your strong communication skills will be key to building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including ward councillors, housing associations, developers and community organisations. Your will also have experience of managing people and multi-disciplinary project teams.
