Job description
Our client one of Greater Manchesters leading Claimant firms are seeking a candidate that will play a crucial role in their fastexpanding multitrack department with a specific focus on complex serious injury claims. This fulltime position involves managing cases from the initial stages through to settlement encompassing challenging scenarios such as brain damage and spinal injury cases. Some of the claims handled may exceed 1 million in value requiring an individual with a proven track record in multitrack litigation.
Requirements:
Solicitor with a minimum of 10 years PQE in personal injury law.
Proven track record in handling highvalue multitrack litigation including brain damage and spinal injury cases.
Excellent understanding of the legal landscape pertaining to personal injury claims.
Strong organizational and case management skills.
Case Management: Oversee complex serious injury claims ensuring a comprehensive approach from initiation to settlement.
Legal Expertise: Demonstrate excellent professional knowledge and experience in multitrack litigation particularly in the realm of personal injury law.
Caseload Management: Maintain a mixed caseload of highvalue work both pre and post litigation showcasing a successful history of managing such cases effectively.
Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards of legal practice and compliance with relevant regulations contributing to the firms reputation for excellence.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a dynamic team of legal professionals contributing to the growth and success of the Multi Track department.
This is a fulltime position based in our Bolton office with the flexibility of one day per week working from home. The hybrid work model allows for a balanced approach to professional commitments and personal life.
