Job Description:
An exciting opportunity to work with a Bolton based company who has been established for over 50 Years and who specialise in the design and manufacture of helical based equipment for the food, pharmaceutical and nuclear industries.
Here we are able to offer extensive Fabrication facilities for the mild and stainless steel, aluminium and special metals as well as offering CAD technologies.

The work that is undertaken by Ajax is distinguished by specifying designs that best meet the client’s requirements, where more appropriate than standard 'off the shelf' forms of equipment.

The successful candidate will learn all aspects of the sheet metal worker role and will work alongside skilled craftsmen on the fabrication of sheet metal equipment in stainless and mild steels.
You will learn and develop your hand fitting skills, techniques, develop measuring skills and work in the team to make and design bespoke equipment.

Alongside this you ill also complete day release training at Alliance Learning to gain the hands on skills and knowledge to tie in with your work experience you are gaining from the company.

PLEASE NOTE: The Engineering intake will start in September with interviews planned in after May 2024.
