Marketing & Communications Coordinator
IMMEDIATE START
- Salary: £35k-£40k + excellent Benefits package
- 4 days in Office
- 1 day WFH
- Offices based in Uxbridge

Working for a nationwide business, as the Marketing & Communications Coordinator you will support the team with the creation, update and maintenance of professional work winning documents, including the coordination and preparation of all PQQ and tender submissions for the Commercial business unit. The role will also involve event management and coordination, as well support in the production of high-quality marketing collateral.
Responsibilities:
- To collate information for, and produce, well-designed, high-quality work winning documents and proposals, including PQQs, tenders and presentations
- Close coordination with a variety of stakeholders for proposals
- Provide support to the head of marketing with content creation for internal and external newsletters, social media, company brochures, project case studies, presentations and all associated company marketing materials
- Corporate and site event planning, implementation and attendance, as required
- Close liaison with the business development team to support with marketing material, as required
- Supporting site teams in the production of quality marketing collateral to appropriately reflect company branding (posters, hoarding displays, brochures, etc)
- Liaising with the Group Communications team to ensure all design output remains up to date with corporate standards and branding
Experience and Qualifications:
- A background in design, communications or related fields to demonstrate excellent design skills
- Excellent administration skills, attention to detail and eye for accuracy
- Ability to remain calm and work to strict deadlines without compromising quality of output
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised, proactive and professional
- A team player, with the ability to share knowledge and support colleague development
- Proficient user of Office 365 and Sharepoint, Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly InDesign, as well as Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat Professional)
