Job description
What you will do in your working day
- Responsible for analysing and evaluating job information
- Use of EXCEL and WORD in daily tasks
- Trained to use SAGE for purchasing, which is then submitted to suppliers so job can go ahead with correct costings
- Trained to use SIRROM software for payroll
- Raise purchase orders through SAGE
- Deal with internal and external stakeholder occasionally
- Learn and practice all elements of health and safety across the company
The training you will be getting
This is an 18 - month Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship. You will be required to attend the training provider (In-Comm Training Services in Aldridge WS9 8UG), 2 days per week over a 5 - week period as part of the training, and you will have monthly assessor visits to see you at the company.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
Further training will be offered to the correct candidate, once this qualification has been achieved.
Goal setting and a transparent career pathway will be discussed and adhered to.
