The firm serves a diverse clientele, including trade unions, business sectors, and private individuals, providing expert advice and representation on employment and industrial relations issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Representation: Handle a diverse range of clients, including trade unions, business sectors, and private individuals, providing expert advice and representation on employment and industrial relations issues.
- Case Management: Manage your own caseload of employment law matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution for clients while maintaining the highest level of client care.
- Legal Expertise: Demonstrate solid experience in employment law and stay updated on current legal issues and developments in the field.
- Collaboration: Work alongside other experienced lawyers, receiving excellent support from the firm and contributing to the overall success of the team.
Requirements: - Experience: 3-8 years PQE in employment law, with a proven track record of handling a variety of employment-related matters.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively advocate for clients and provide clear and concise legal advice.
