Your new role: You will oversee user support, infrastructure, and applications. You will also align technology with business goals, innovate, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will report to the Head of IT and help deliver a safe, efficient, and effective IT service.
What you'll need to succeed: * Proven experience in IT roles, with a focus on end user support, infrastructure, and application management.
* Strong technical expertise in networking, systems administration, and application development.
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
* In-depth knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance requirements.
* Proven experience in vendor management and contract negotiations.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are a plus.
