A very rare opportunity has arisen within a highly regarded lettings agency in Liverpool for a Lettings Administrator to join their fantastic team.
My clients are offering a rare opportunity for a Lettings Administrator to work alongside their other businesses, getting involved in residential, commercial, investments and general PA duties as well.
Lettings Administrator – Benefits
- £22k - £23.5k basic depending on experience

- 5 day week Mon - Fri
Lettings Administrator – Duties:
- Drafting and sending out tenancy agreements.
- Organising pre and post tenancy paperwork.
- Updating window cards.
- Updating property details.
- Filing safety certificates and ensuring they are up to date.
- General day to day admin duties
- PA duties.
- Reports.
Lettings Administrator – Experience needed
- Previous experience as a Lettings Administrator or similar is advantageous.
- Previous experience dealing with administration.
- This is an excellent opportunity for a Lettings Administrator to join an award winning independent agent.
