Job description

Our client is a wealth management company seeking to recruit an Administrator - Corporate Services, Jersey.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Collaborate with the team to manage own client portfolios, learning from those with a vast knowledge of the industry
• Pro-actively take on additional responsibilities and administration
• Become an expert in technical matters and communicate openly and honestly with clients on a regular basis with support from your team
• Assist with board meeting minutes, resolutions, payments and any other administration duties required for the role along with ensuring submission of all statutory returns.

The successful candidate will be:

• Studying towards a professional qualification i.e. CGI/ STEP or equivalent
• Relevant previous experience of working in a similar role.
