Job description
In your role as Consumer PR Manager, you’ll be the day-to-day lead on some of the agency’s biggest B2C accounts. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering innovative communications strategies which drive your clients' objectives
- Writing gripping content for press releases, features, blogs, more
- Constantly building on your existing network of media contacts, with a particular focus on national media relations
- Planning social media content to support ongoing campaigns
- Building strong, long-term relationships with your clients, liaising with them regularly to discuss ideas, progress and results
- Mentoring more junior members of your team and overseeing their workload
In order to be considered for this Consumer PR Manager role, you must be able to demonstrate:
- At least 3 years in consumer PR, with proven agency-side experience
- Exceptional copywriting skills
- Confidence presenting to clients and pitching to journalists
- An impressive track-record of national media coverage
- Experience in social media management
- Brilliant project and people management capabilities
