Job description
The Nurse role: As part of the Nursing Team, working in line with Julia's House policies and procedures, provide family centered respite care both in the Hospice and Community for children who have life limiting and life threatening conditions. When necessary, provide a flexible and responsive approach to support the requirements of end of life care. As a nurse you will responsible for the delivery of high quality clinical nursing care to meet the diverse individual needs of the children and young people. You will have experience in clinical nursing assessment, planning and delivering care which will be evidence based in conjunction with Julias House policies and procedures to deliver safe care to children and young people with complex needs that will often change.
