Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading but continually expanding finance lender who pride themselves on high employee satisfaction, as they look to grow their Complaints team in line with their growth.

The successful candidate will ideally have proven experience in a complaint handling position and knowledge of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, though candidates with good customer service experience will be considered.

Alongside an excellent starting salary, there is also a fantastic company bonus scheme on offer and the potential for the role to go permanent after an initial probationary period.

Role & Responsibilities

• Monitor and action customer complaints in a timely manner
• Resolve complex complaints from receipt to resolution in a professional but efficient way
• Provide an excellent level of customer service at all times
• Perform investigative work to ensure best resolutions for customers’ needs
• Carry out relevant administrative tasks

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in complaints handling roles
• Clear, articulate and professional telephone manner essential
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to find workable solutions for customers
• Knowledge of Consumer Rights Act 2015

Vacancy Summary

Hours: Monday to Friday, 25 – 37.5 hours

Salary: c£12.00 – £12.50 per hour D.O.E

Location: Nottingham, Nottinghamshire

Job Type: Temporary, with strong potential to go permanent, hybrid working
