Job description

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Employee Experience Coordinator to join our People Team on a permanentfull time basis at our site in Banbury

As the uniquely appointed representatives for Proctor & Gamble, Unilever, Kenvue, PZ Cussons, SC Johnson to name a few, DCS has unrivalled multi-channel insight and category expertise. Our latest exciting plans to develop and grow our new Food distribution business has seen major brands such as Whitworths and Danone joining forces with DCS.

As an Employee Experience Coordinator, your duties will include

Simplification and continuous improvement of existing DCS processes and systems

Provide administration support for ER cases including issuing invite letters and taking notes during meetings

• Issuing contracts and offer letters to new candidates; ensuring onboarding information is completed and input to SAGE and Tensor prior to start date; conduct Right to Work checks and audit regularly, conduct previous employment referencing

First contact for all HR queries both electronic and in-person

Provide administration support for ER cases including issuing invite letters and taking notes during meetings

Confident to challenge existing processes and identify opportunities to innovate

Desire to develop knowledge and progress within HR/Payroll function, with a focus on ownership of personal development

• Ability to adapt and learn new systems/processes
