Job description

Neway is looking for a Customer Services Officer to join our client based with Southwark Council.

This role is starting asap, working 36 hours a week in an ongoing contract.

Pay Rate is £14.22 p/h PAYE

Details: The role is within the garages team being the first point of contact for customers on the telephone. Assisting the garages service team including dealing with waiting list applications and providing information about voids and repairs. Also assisting the garages income team with rent queries.
