Job description
Role: Multi trader
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Responsibilities:
Perform various repair and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial properties.
Conduct general carpentry, electrical and painting duties.
Fix minor electrical and plumbing issues as needed.
Assemble and install furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
Ensure a high standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
Proficiency in basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks.
Knowledge of common repair techniques and tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
CSCS card.
