The Community Engagement and Partnership Specialist will be a vital member of our team, focusing on building strong connections with the community and fostering partnerships to support our mission
What will you be doing?This role involves engaging with local stakeholders, organizations, and volunteers to expand BMF's outreach and impact. The Community Engagement and Partnership Specialist will play a significant role in strengthening BMF's presence and creating positive change in the lives of those we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Community Engagement: Act as a liaison between BMF and the local community, including schools, NGOs, government agencies, and other relevant organizations.
2. Stakeholder Communication: Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders to promote BMF's programs and initiatives.
3. Community Events: Coordinate and participate in community events, workshops, and outreach programs to raise awareness about BMF's mission.
4. Partnership Development: Identify and explore potential partnerships and collaborations to expand BMF's reach and support network.
5. Volunteer Recruitment: Collaborate with the volunteer management team to recruit and engage volunteers for community engagement activities.
6. Public Relations: Assist in crafting compelling stories and content for press releases, newsletters, and social media to highlight BMF's impact in the community.
7. Feedback and Input: Gather feedback and insights from community members to inform program improvements and initiatives.
8. Advocacy Initiatives: Work with the advocacy team to advocate for policies and changes that positively impact vulnerable children in the community.
