Marketing Campaign Planner | 12m FTC | up to £28,500 |Manufacturing| Dudley (Hybrid)

Gleeson Recruitment Group are pleased to be recruiting for a high growth B2B Manufacturing business.

Length of contract: 12 month FTC

Start Date: ASAP

The Role:

The successful candidate will work within the marketing team to ensure marketing campaigns achieve their key objectives.

You will be liaising with the CRM Manager and Group Head of Marketing to create, execute and monitor the performance of campaigns; providing all the resources required to meet sales targets to demonstrate commercial return.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop marketing campaigns, including analytic performance reports
• Reviewing customer insights to maximise campaign performance
• Drive the customer data strategy by creating bespoke segmentation lists, that will maximise the best outcomes to drive growth
• Leading meetings with key stakeholders, to review campaign performance and advise on your future campaign recommendations.

Candidate Criteria:

• Experience using Salesforce Pardot or Hubspot
• Understanding of full campaign life-cycles and marketing mix
• Proven experience delivering in direct marketing (wither in-house or agency)
• Analytic thinker with the ability to create budgets and interrogate data
• Portfolio of published campaign’s demonstrating ROI
• Attention to detail.
