We are currently seeking a full-time temporary ongoing Systems Access Assistant for our Public Sector Client in Armagh

Rate of pay is £11.11 per hour

Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday 9-5

Duties include: (not limited to)

• Processing of New Starts, Additional Organisational Assignments, Rehires and User ID swaps and setting Passwords and User ID’s for same.

• Raise any Consolidated Service ID (CSID)/User ID queries with ICT for resolution as necessary.

• Delimiting Leavers access, on a timely basis.

• Dealing with HRPTS password reset and login queries, and supporting staff members to log tickets on Ivanti (the Trust Incident Management System).

• Deal professionally with telephone/face to face enquiries from staff within the Trust, those outside the Trust, and members of the public, and in accordance with team protocols

Essential Criteria:

4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language or equivalent /

higher qualification AND 1 years’ experience in a clerical / administrative

role

OR

2 years’ experience in a clerical / administrative role

1. Experience in the use of Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel
