Permanent Clinical Director Veterinary Surgeon - Guildford

Type: Small Animal

Location: Guildford, Surrey

Practice Type : They are an RCVS-accredited, two-site primary care practice that is based in the locations of Guilford and Haselmere. They provide the highest standard of veterinary care for small animals in a friendly and professional environment. Their practices are continuously being updated to ensure that pets are being cared for in the best way possible, through their facilities and caring team. 

Role : Our client has an exciting Clinical Director opportunity in Surrey.

Responsibilities :

• They are looking for an inspiring Clinical Director who can help them revolutionise the way they care for clients, patients, and associates across these wonderful clinics. Putting people and pets at the heart of your decision-making is essential. 
• You’ll work closely with dedicated veterinary surgeons, veterinary nurses, client care, and central support teams to bring your clinic vision to life and continue making a BETTER WORLD FOR PETS and all those who love them.

Skills/Exp : They are looking for someone with enthusiasm to drive these clinics to the next level, you may be a Lead Vet or Clinical Director already and now you’re looking to expand or develop your knowledge over multiple sites, with a larger team, you might simply be searching for your next opportunity or want to expand the breadth of your leadership influence. Knowledge of team engagement, finance management, a passion for delivering an awesome client experience plus high standards in clinical quality will be essential, previous experience in a leadership role would be beneficial and a desire to develop others, lead change, and challenge the status quo would be welcome. 

Hours :

• 40 hours per week over 4 days.
• External OOH provider.

Salary : Up to £80,000 p/a - Dependent of Experience
