What's involved?

As a Sous Chef, you will be involved in the day to day running of the kitchen, offering support to the Head Chef. The Hotel is open 7 days a week and operates on a split shift basis. You will only be required to work 5 days out of 7. Senior Chef de Parties looking for a chance to step up to Sous Chef level will be considered for this role.
