Opportunity for a experienced Family Solicitor to join a Top 100 Law Firm!
I am currently recruiting for a Senior Associate Family Solicitor on behalf of my client, a Top 100 Law Firm based in Gloucestershire.
This role comes with a highly competitive salary dependant on experience and fantastic benefits package such as up to 33 days annual leave, hybrid working, pension scheme, health cash plan and more!
You will have 5 years or more PQE and be able to efficiently handle your own caseload, and have strong knowledge of family law – both finance and children
Your responsibilities will range from the following:-
- Be proactive in business development, identifying networking opportunities internally and externally, marketing, and cross-selling
- Advise on a range of issues across the breadth of family law, covering both finance and Private law children work
- Exhibit exceptional strength in client care
- Work with the Central England team head to continue developing the team and service offering
- Develop and maintain knowledge on issues within family law, collaborating with colleagues across the whole team to share knowledge
- Support and assist in training junior members of the team
