My client makes it easy to get your car & finance online. They have been doing this since 2004 and thousands of UK drivers each year pick them to compare personalised finance offers, find quality cars, and provide services that make ownership hassle-free.

Buying a new car is exciting, but it can have its complications. You will be here to make life easier for our customers by keeping things simple. Every customer you work with is looking for you to provide support in their new purchase, whether it’s sourcing the finance only or supporting them through the entire journey to the collection of their car. We aim to do this as quickly and hassle-free as possible for them.

As a Sales Administrator, you’ll be tasked with diligently checking deals from our sales team. Completing verification checks for both the documentation and the proposed customer then submitting the completed deal to our lending partners.

What will you do.

As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for the final verification process of our sales journey. Diligently checking deals from our Sales team. Completing verification checks for both the documentation and the proposed customer then submitting the completed deal to our lending partners.

• To understand the individual Lenders’ underwriting requirements.
• Review Applications to ensure all required information is completed before passing this to the relevant team.
• Comprehensive updating of the internal web-based CRM system.
• Manage a high level of workflow.
• Take a proactive approach to your day and performance.
• Work towards fixed weekly metric KPIs.

About You

• An excellent communicator, both over the phone & in writing.
• Great attention to detail.
• Highly organised.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work under pressure.
• An ability to multitask.
• Hard-working

Attention to detail is key; you will need to pick up the smallest of errors such as spelling mistakes and numerical inconsistencies.
