Brief details of position:
An opportunity has arisen for a full-time Admin Manager to join the existing team, on a temporary to permanent basis. This position can be conducted remotely, though the current Admin team are based near to our branch in West Bromwich.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm.
- Checking and Process Cleaning Operative Pay: Fortnightly & Monthly
- Review and approve new starters
- Calculate monthly client charges for fixed and reactive works.
- Ensure monthly invoicing is complete to meet business finance deadlines
- Financial adjustment for contract changes and legislative increases
- Support with the tender process for potential new business
- Support with the mobilisation of new contracts
- Generate purchase orders to vendors and approve invoices for payment.
- Manage an accurate filing system.
- Compile monthly client reports as required.
- Receive and respond to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the Cleaning Administration Team, currently consisting of three part time workers.
- Support wider Divisional Leadership Team
- Support with compliance paperwork ensuring onsite files and COSHH records are updated
