What's the Role?

As a host at The Philharmonic, you will be greeting guests, making sure they are looked after attentively, managing bookings and providing a brilliant customer experience. Be the face of Cardiff's most dynamic venue, where every interaction is a chance to make someone's day—or night—unforgettable.

• Enthusiasm by the bucket load
• Someone who thrives under pressure (think handling multiple parties and groups)

Essential Information

• Pay starts at £10.18 per hour (£10.42 if 23 years of age and older) with increases after successful completion of training
• Part-time hours
• Shifts across evenings, weekends and public holidays
