As a IT Support Technician, your responsibilities will include…
• Answering incoming calls from clients and being the first point of contact
• Diagnosing & resolving software/hardware issues, including OS systems and applications
• Providing email support as required and managing the “unassigned queue”.
• Dealing with, logging and updating tickets on the system
• Ensuring all processes and procedures are followed and updated when required.
• Dealing with any hardware that might come in to be repaired
• Working with urgency, pace and accuracy
We are looking for an IT Support Technician with the following skills and experience…
• Ideally 1-2 years as an IT Support Technician or similar
• Some experience or familiarity with Office 365 & Active Directory server
• Experience working with an MSP is preferred
• A tenacious, problem solving, and inquisitive mindset.
• Clear and concise, able to translate tech speak.
• Good time management, organisation and prioritising skills.
In return, the successful IT Support Technician will receive a salary of up to £25,000, plus the following benefits…
