Location: Boston/Spalding
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing our business by building successful, long term customer relationships. You will be driven, engaged, and committed to generating profitable new business whilst maintaining high levels of competitor awareness.
Responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and growing accounts.
- Identifying ‘features and benefits’ of all products and producing a compelling sell to a customer.
- Creating product pricing quotations and special price requests for customers.
- Developing and maintaining a good working knowledge of the new product ranges launched into the business.
- Working closely with the Regional Sales Manager to hone selling skills and to maximise effectiveness of ‘face – time’ with the customer.
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent working knowledge and experience of managing customers’ accounts and gaining new business
- Fantastic relationship building skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively and deliver the company goals and vision.
- Genuine passion for food and excellent knowledge of the foodservice industry with the ability to apply this knowledge in ways that benefit our customers.
- Proven track record of going the extra mile for customers and drive business initiatives forward.
- It is essential that all applicants have a full, clean driving licence.
