£20,250 FTE (£5,472.92 pro rata per annum) (Increasing w/e 1st March 2024 £22,250 FTE (£6,013.51 pro rata per annum)10 hours per week Permanent Location: Immingham Modal Training is a centre of excellence for the ports, energy and logistics sectors and we offer training for sea, road, rail, air and support services. About the role To carry out detailed cleaning tasks associated with the general upkeep and maintenance of Modal. Hours of work will be by arrangement with the Hygiene Manager. Cleaning of designated areas to the required standard. Emptying litter bins, etc., and removing waste to designated areas. Cleaning of tables and other furniture as directed. Cleaning toilets mopping floors and cleaning classrooms and offices. About the person Cleaning work is a tiring job that requires good physical fitness and stamina. While other key qualities include discretion, a thorough, professional approach, reliability, good organizational skills and punctuality.
