🔍 Responsibilities:
- Review monthly financial results and provide insightful commentary to senior management.
- Challenge and refine plans, budgets, and forecasts to optimize performance.
- Translate financial analysis into actionable initiatives for future improvement.
- Support operational decision-making through thorough financial analysis.
- Develop bespoke reports to meet customer and regulatory needs.
- Lead commercial negotiations with customers for bids and contract renewals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits.
- Foster strong relationships with operational teams and Group Finance.
- Train and develop the finance team to ensure continuous growth and improvement.
🎯 Experience, Skills, and Attributes:
- Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) with strong budgeting and forecasting skills.
- Exceptional finance business partnering abilities.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining high standards.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel across sites as required.
