The department
The Events and Sponsorship team is an integral part of Birketts’ Business Development and Marketing team. The Business Development and Marketing team has more than 25 experts, who work together as integrated team, in support of the firm’s vision, mission and values.
Purpose of job
This is a multi-disciplinary, hands-on role with a strong focus on supporting the delivery of a range of events and sponsorships across the firm. The role requires you to work closely with the Events and Sponsorship Manager, as well as with the sector and practice team leaders to drive the successful implementation and monitoring of events and sponsorships. You will need to be detail oriented and rigorous in updating activities and data on our best in class, CRM, Intapp, to ensure that events are executed well, on time, and to ensure they are always current and report accurate metrics and expenses data to generate meaningful reports. This is a proactive challenging role in a busy team, that requires strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organisation and project management skills and the ability to multi-task with a ‘can do’ approach.
