A leading company based in the heart of Hemel Hempstead, they are a sustainable and eco-friendly business who are rapidly growing and looking for talent to ensure customer service continues to be of the highest standard.Working hours will be either 3pm till 12am or 6pm till 3am (subject to change)
Job Description
- Manage the evening shift - both supervisors and operations ensuring the operation runs efficiently
- Ensure resources planned effectively to ensure order volumes are met
- Performance management including training and support
- Quality control
- Maintain pick list and job sheet records
- Oversee all processes to ensure accurate shipments
- Health and safety responsibilities
- Providing reports to senior management
The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience within a Warehouse environement as a Shift Manager or Senior Supervisor
- Excellent attention to detail - previous experience where this is essential is desire such as FMCG industry
- Previous experience using WMS and inventory software is essential
- Knowledge of Health and Safety
- Able to carry out heavy lifting
- Hours will be either 3pm till 12am or 6pm till 3am (subject to change)
