Job description

Leading Shropshire firm has an exciting opportunity for a corporate commercial solicitor.

This is a succession planning role with a clear path to partnership. You will be able to work largely unsupervised and typical cases will include:

• Share sales/purchases
• Asset sales/purchases
• Company purchase of own shares
• Incorporations
• Group restructure
• Shareholder Agreements
• General Company law
• Shareholder resolutions
• Company Secretarial duties
• Terms and Conditions for goods and/or services
• Business to Business
• Consumer

You will also supervise and mentor junior members of the team and take an active role in business development and marketing.
