Job description

We’re looking for a HR Administrator to join our team at Harper Adams University.

This is a great opportunity for an individual with an administrative background who is looking to move into a HR role or a HR professional starting out in their career.

Working in the University HR Team, you will be involved with responding to employment related queries, supporting our Recruitment Advisor with resourcing activity and have responsibility for the onboarding of casual workers across the University. Compliance is an important part of the role, and you will work with HR colleagues to undertake right to work and DBS checks as well as maintaining confidentiality of documentation and information.

What you’ll need.
• Competent with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Good time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail.
