Due to an influx of work, they are seeking an experienced Corporate Associate 3+ years PQE to join them in Dorking. The role The firm is seeking a Corporate Associate 3+ years PQE to join their Dorking, Surrey office. The firm currently receives countless inquiries every single day which they currently pass externally. The caseload will encompass a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, Joint ventures, Private Equity, Shareholder agreements, and more. Collaborating closely with the partners, you will play a vital role in driving the department forward. Their client support extends from several regional offices. Requirements
