Job description

About the department:

The KA department is responsible for prospecting and maintaining international and national fleet customers. In addition, collecting market information and supporting country managers and the local Key Account team in approaching local fleet customers are important tasks.

About the role:

This position is mainly responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts in dedicated areas, understanding the specific needs and requirements of each account, developing strategic plans to maximize sales and profitability, and working closely with the country manager and local fleet manager to develop local fleet business, gather market data.

Tasks & Typical duties/responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients;
• Identifying new business opportunities;
• Managing existing accounts;
• Meeting sales targets for region & local teams, monitoring & reporting sales targets, and action plan per country;
• Training and managing local KA members in designated regions;
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams;

Skills and requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above;
• Relevant experience in fleet business is preferred;
• Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks;
• Self-motivated, responsible, and independent;
• Perfect interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint);
• Fluent in English.
