Job Description
- Manage and process insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner
- Correspond professionally with policyholders, maintaining excellent customer service
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of all claims-related information
- Collaborate effectively with the team to meet and surpass performance targets
- Evaluate claims according to company policy and industry regulations
- Identify and report any suspicious or fraudulent claims
- Provide support to other team members as required

A successful Claims Handler should have:
