Responsibilities

  1. Administrative Support:
    • Provide administrative assistance to the contract management team.
    • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation related to contracts.
    • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and manage communication within the department.
  2. Vendor Relations:
    • Liaise with vendors to obtain necessary documentation and ensure compliance with contract terms.
    • Address inquiries from vendors regarding contract details and requirements.
  3. Data Entry and Analysis:
    • Input data accurately into contract management systems.
    • Assist in analyzing contract performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  4. Compliance Monitoring:
    • Monitor contract compliance and notify relevant stakeholders of upcoming deadlines.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
