Take on a rewarding position where you'll excel in general customer support and proactively resolve customer issues.

• Location : Manchester
• Hours : 8:30 to 17:00 - Monday to Friday

What will you be doing?

As a Commercial Operations Specialist, you will:

• Close sales cycle through timely follow-up on quotations and service bookings.
• Generate and confirm quotations using DB Schenker's 2Q system, adhering to SPOT processes.
• Resolve queries within specified SLAs and convert quotations according to KPIs.
• Cultivate excellent customer relationships and aim for first-class customer centricity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive business strategy.
• Achieve individual and team targets, while maintaining accurate customer records and following administration processes.

About You

• Knowledge of the Logistics industry (desirable)
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite.
• Strong Customer Service skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage high workloads.
• Demonstrates efficiency, effectiveness, and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, motivation, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving capabilities and commitment to honesty and integrity.
