Rate: Up to £60 per Umbrella

Venn Group’s specialised legal team are in collaboration with a
Public Sector Organisation in the East Midlands in the search for an experienced
Locum Commercial Contracts Lawyer. This can be a full time or part time position where you will be handling a variety of construction and procurement matters.
Duties may include:
- Advising on several JCT and NEC contracts with assistance required for these matters
- Assisting the contracts team on any commercial or procurement projects that are ongoing
- Drafting a range of complex legal documents including grant funding, partnership, and joint venture agreements
- Undertaking a busy caseload handling a mixed caseload of commercial, construction and procurement matters
This post can be full time, (37 hours per week) or part time (30 hours per week) on a hybrid basis offering up to £60 per hour Umbrella.
