Hours: 37 hours per week. You will be required to be at work for a total of 1480 hours per year. This will usually be completed over a period of 40 weeks based around student term times. Holiday, including entitlement to Bank Holidays and Closure Days, will be taken outside this working time, unless by prior arrangement with your line manager.

We would also consider applications for part time contracts.

Salary: In the range of £22,329 - £24,682 per annum pro-rata, actual salary in the range of £19,781 - £21,866 per annum (Dependent on skills, experience and qualifications)

The Role

Supporting students on a variety of courses. Ensuring students are guided and supported positively through all stages of their course to progression.

We are looking for Academic Coaches to work with A level students in our brand-new A level sixth form centre, NC6. You will support and guide students through their A level programs providing pastoral care and enabling students to excel academically. Our Academic Coaches are an integral part of a student’s care and support network at college and enable students to develop those essential life and employability skills.
