Great opportunity to join a small and dynamic marketing team within a company enjoying year on year growth. Working closely with the Marketing Director you will get involved in a wide variety of marketing coordination / administration activities. Some form of marketing experience would be great, but being a confident and capable administrator is essential. You will get exposed to a wide variety of marketing activity in this role so it would be a great opportunity for someone looking to move into marketing.

Snapshot of duties:

• Accurately arrange international travel.
• Organise ordering of marking materials – obtain quotes, negotiate prices, raise purchase orders.
• Help organise exhibitions using web portals and prepare samples, props and marketing collateral.
• Communicate with and arrange parcels of products to be sent out to social media influencers.
• Work with the international sales team to arrange translations for marketing materials.
• Organize workflows with design and PR agencies and manage deadlines.

Essential criteria:

• Organised, numerate and literate.
• Confidant working a simple spreadsheet and be reasonably tech savvy.
• Proven administration skills, previous PA or EA duties would be great.
• An interest in learning more about social media, website content, email marketing and events
• Confident communicator.
• Character traits: positive, resilient, team player, attention to detail.
• Due to location a driving licence and car is essential.

Whilst full training will be provided, this is by no means an entry level position. These guys are enjoying consistent growth and as a result are always busy, you will need to get fully immersed quickly to help play your part.
