STE05 Building SurveyorCONTRACT (3-4 months with extensions likely)Sites between Paddington and Swindon£400 / day Umbrella (POTENTIALLY + van + fuel card + hotels booked)INSIDE IR35 Some STE05 Building surveyors are requested to join a rail client on a 3-4 month+ contract in various locations in the south of the UK to survey various rail assets. To qualify for this role, you must either have an STE05, or have all the pre-requisites eligible to be assessed for the qualification. You must have experience working as a building surveyor on rail assets.The client is potentially able to offer a van + fuel card, as well as hotels booked if required to stay away.
