Join our team as Partner Admissions Manager! This pivotal role oversees the seamless integration between Study Group business units and the Global Admissions Operations Function across our UK and EU International Study Centres. Your responsibilities include ensuring top-grade compliance with local regulations, delivering exceptional account management services to regional partners, and actively contributing to wider global programs of change.
ABOUT THE ROLE - Act as the single point of contact and as an escalation point for allocated University Partners on all matters relating to Admissions.
- Grow and retain relationships with Study Group colleges/campuses and University Partners, with a particular focus on the Admissions Office, ensuring Partner Satisfaction is maintained/improved at all times.
- Support or deputise for the Director of Partner Admissions, Admissions Services & Visa Compliance at Steering Meetings, regional committees/boards as required by the Learning/Student Experience teams, or University Partners.
- Represent Global Admissions on project teams for the onboarding of new partners within designated portfolios, engaging with Partner stakeholders to design and implement agreed operational processes/SLAs and ensuring that correct quality and compliance standards are met.
- Maintain effective relationships with all key stakeholders (Partner Development, Sales, Admissions, Marketing, Learning Experience, Student Experience, Ops, Legal & Compliance, Finance, People Experience, and University Partners).
- Work with the Director of Partner Admissions, Admissions Services & Visa Compliance to ensure that Regional Admissions Managers in source markets have the requisite knowledge concerning the UK and EU partners to advise and guide agents. Ensure that any changes to requirements for partners within the designated portfolio are communicated and implemented on a timely basis across the agent network.
- Responsible for defining the work standards and services required for an allocated portfolio of UK & EU Partners, in conjunction with the Director of Partner Admissions, Admissions Services & Visa Compliance.
- Responsible for ensuring that the Admissions Operations team is delivering services to the specifications and standards defined and agreed upon with allocated Partners.
- Work with the Learning Experience and Legal teams on regulatory and compliance matters. Undertake operational processing duties, linked to UKVI-related processes as and when required.
- Point of contact for escalations and complaints from internal stakeholders, University Partners, and where appropriate, students/agents.
ABOUT YOU - Experience working within an International Admissions environment.
- Good working knowledge of the regulatory and educational systems for designated regions.
- Experience in using systems and data to identify opportunities/risks to service delivery.
- Highly organised; able to prioritise and guide the work of self and the team and work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and demonstrates effective and timely decision-making and judgment.
