Job description
Completedworks is looking for a dedicated and hard-working intern to join our London-based studio team for 6-12 months. The successful applicant will be joining a small team with a focus on sales, marketing and ecommerce, offering a valuable experience in a range of tasks. Working on tasks and projects based on studio needs, suitable applicants will be adaptable and highly organised.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with daily operational management of the website and optimisation of the customer journey
- Liaising with sales, PR and product teams to ensure alignment of activations and product pushes
- Monitoring performance of website using tools such as google analytics; helping identify and implement actions to grow customer reach
- Reporting on trade and providing detailed analysis of key business drivers
- Ensuring the website reflects brand identity and all touchpoints are consistent
- Holding client showroom appointments
- Being the first point of contact for clients over email and telephone
- Handling individual client requests and advising clients on finishes, sizing and style according to their individual needs
- Quality check of pieces before despatch and preparation for shipment in our signature packaging to ensure the receipt is memorable for our clients
- Methodical and consistent recording and dealing with errors or issues as they arise
- Ensuring the best level of customer service is met at all times
- Creation of materials for sales proposals and new collections
- Creation and maintenance of schedules and databases
- Assisting with sell-through analysis
- Regular preparation and upload of product descriptions and imagery to the website
Skills & Experience:
- Business acumen
- Problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
- Able to multitask and work cross-functionally
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skils
- Passion for customer service and ecommerce
- Experience in Shopify is beneficial
- Interest in sustainability
